Frequently Asked Questions

pricing?

My standard wedding coverage begins at 2,400. My elopement coverage begins at 1,200.  90 minute engagement sessions are $500. Contact me for full pricing information.

HOW EARLY DO YOU BOOK UP?

Prime dates get booked over a year in advance. Also, Autumn is my busiest season. If you want me as your photographer please reach out as soon as you know your date!

How do you shoot?

My shooting style is mostly photojournalistic; which means I am quietly capturing all the moments of your day without intruding. During your portrait session I don't put you in a stiff pose, I let you enjoy the company of your partner, while I snap a few timeless, magical shots. I provide guidance while letting you, be you!

My favorite ways clients have described me in action…

  1. During an elegant evening event as very “zen” as I flow in and out of spaces

  2. During a coastal elopement as“ Our wedding pixie”

  3. During a two day wedding in the mountains as a “Photo ninja in an elegant jumpsuit”

When will i receive my photos?

Engagement shoots will be delivered within one month digitally. Weddings and elopements will be delivered within 6 weeks delivered both digitally, and via usb.

Travel fees?

There are no travel fees within New England for full wedding coverage. Please contact me for custom rates elsewhere.

How long have you been shooting weddings?

I have been a wedding photographer for over five years, and have been doing it full time for the past three. I began photographing on film as a child then digitally in highschool, and it has grown from a passion to a lifestyle! I received my BFA in sculpture and extended practice in 2014, and photography was one of my main mediums.

WHERE HAVE you been published?

My weddings have been published in Offbeat Bride, Rock n Roll Bride, United With Love, Weddingwire real weddings, and Junebug Weddings.

Do you shoot anything other than weddings?

Yes! For my lifestyle, portraits, and events www.leslieswancreative.com and I photograph my husband’s work www.blackswanhandmade.com
